1. What are the rental rates?
2. Do I have the option of renting on a six month
or ten month lease?
Yes. We have six, ten and twelve month lease options. Call the office for details.
3.What does rent include?
One bedspace includes furniture, water and sewer,
trash, cable and internet.
4.Who can live at Javelina Station at Kingsville?
Texas A&M Kingsville students, faculty and
staff. The property is geared towards university-related residents.
5. Do I pay by the month or by semester?
Either.
6.Are pets allowed?
No.
7. Can members of the opposite sex be apartment
mates?
Yes.
8.Can two people occupy one bedroom?
No. The private bedrooms are for single person
occupancy only.
9. Is smoking allowed?
No.

if I don’t have
a apartment mate?
Yes. Javelina Station provides apartment mate
matching services at no extra charge. You can either find your
own apartment mates or we can do that for you.
11. Is there an alarm system per each unit?
Yes. Intrusion alarms are in each unit.
12. When can I apply? Now. We are
accepting applications for Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 move-in.

13. Where is Javelina Station at Kingsville located?
The site is located on the north side of W. Corral
Avenue and the west side of Lantana Street just north of the
Texas A&M University-Kingsville campus
14. Is there a deposit and application fee?
Yes. The deposit is $150 and the application fee
is $35 (nonrefundable).
